Born in Bogota, Andrea is an optometrist by profession and has a qualification in Marketing Management. She has 27 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, eight of which have been dedicated to the Angels Initiative as a consultant.
She strongly believes in the impact of the Angels Initiative as a true second chance of life for stroke patients. As a result of this work, patients in remote regions of Colombia country are now able to access, for the first time, treatments such as thrombolysis, giving them the possibility of a better recovery and quality of life.
Her goal is to consolidate Angels regions, with special attention to those remote areas, so that more and more patients have access to timely and quality care.
