Dayane qualified as a specialist nurse in Cardiology at the Residency Institute of Cardiology of Rio Grande do Sul, followed by a degree in Health Quality Management at Albert Einstein Hospital. She gained solid experience caring for in critical and high complexity patients in the cardiac and coronary clinical ICU at INCOR - HCFMUSP. She worked as a continuing education analyst with the quality team at the Marcelino Champagnat and Cajuru Hospitals in Curitiba, promoting organizational goals, patient safety and quality accreditation goals through education and training.
She says, “I believe in the positive impact our work can have on people's lives, and I am committed to collaborating with dedication to achieve our goals and make a difference.
